These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BoardHive, a board meeting management platform operated by ITyjcomp ABN 77 896 789 641 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
BoardHive provides tools for nonprofit organisations, committees, and associations to build meeting agendas, conduct meetings, capture votes and motions, and generate minutes. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at fix@ityjcomp.au.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload to BoardHive. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
The BoardHive platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ITyjcomp. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BoardHive is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may delete your account at any time via the settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
